PROMOCIÓN Y SERVICIO INTEGRAL DE EMISORAS
El área tiene como principal objetivo mantener un contacto directo con las emisoras listadas en la Bolsa Mexicana, brindando atención personalizada a fin de apoyarlas en su desarrollo, proporcionando servicios eficientes y competitivos enfocados al cumplimiento puntual de las obligaciones que estipula la legislación vigente, para esto contamos con la siguiente estructura en el área:
Promoción a Emisoras, para apoyarlos en todo lo relacionado a financiamiento, nuevos productos y eventos. (Se publicara una presentación con datos actualizados de financiamiento en BMV)
Servicio Integral de Emisoras, en un horario de 7:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. en días hábiles en el correo emisoras@grupobmv.com.mx y en el teléfono 5342-9123, así mismo nos pueden encontrar en el chat de nuestra aplicación Emisoras BMV en un horario de atención y servicio de 07:00 a 19:00 hrs en días hábiles, a través de los siguientes servicios:
- Asesoría y capacitación en el uso de EMISNET, página de BMV, obligaciones de entrega de información, legislación vigente y operatividad de mercado, si su emisora está interesada en esta capacitación no dude en contactarnos.
- Seguimiento de las obligaciones de entrega de información procurando el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma.
- Acreditación de usuarios de EMISNET.
- Boletín de noticias y envió de comunicados de interés para las emisoras.

BMV Facilities
One of the services for issuers is to make facilities available and, if required, to open them to the mass media to promote the company among the investing public. At the facilities, issuers can host events such as breakfasts, lectures, board meetings, anniversaries, new product presentations, etc.
The facilities can offer you an auditorium with a maximum seating capacity of 220 people, a projection room to hold a maximum of 220 people, a trading floor with balcony and meeting room, a board of directors’ room, as well as floor 15, which has a capacity of up to 300 people, depending on the event set-up.
